Hemp Seed Oil is recognized by the World Health Organization as a natural anti-oxidant and the only balanced (perfect 3:1 ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3) source of Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) and is also a good source of Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA).

Hemp Seed Oil should be taken daily because EFAs support the cardiovascular, reproductive, immune and nervous systems. Essential Fatty Acids are also needed for proper growth in children, particularly for neural development and maturation of sensory systems, with male children having higher needs than females. LA concentrations normally range from 52-62% of total fatty acid composition while LNA concentrations ranges from 12-23%.

The proportions of EFAs in Hemp matches the ratios that have been determined by nutritionists to be most beneficial to human nutrition. Hemp seed oil contains omega 6 and Omega 3 EFAs in an ideal long term ratio of three to one (3:1). It also provides the derivative Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). Holle Organic Baby Foods Oats Porridge

The whole grain used in Holle porridges are in an easily digestible form, which is particulary suitable for babies. The goodness of the grain is gently unlocked ready for your baby’s body. Using the whole grain means Holle can retain the most nutrients for your baby.

Preparation with infant formula:
Prepare 170 ml of infant formula according to the age of your baby, following the instructions on the packaging (or on our Homepage) of the infant formula. Give mixed formula in a bowl and stir in 18g Holle Organic Rolled Oats Porridge (about 3-4 tablespoons). Let the mixture swell and wait until it cools down to consumption temperature (approx. 37 ° C) – done.

Half-milk porridge
Boil 100ml milk and 100ml water and wait until both cools down to about 50 ° C. Give both fluids in a dish and stir in 25g Holle Organic Rolled Oats Porridge (about 5 tablespoons). Let the mixture swell and wait until it cools down to consumption temperature (approx. 37 ° C) – done.

Preparation with breast milk
Stir 25g Holle Organic Rolled Oats Porridge (about 5 tablespoons) into 130ml warm milk – that’s all.
Warning: In order to preserve the valuable nutrients you do not heat the milk above 40 ° C.

Milk-free porridge
Boil 200 ml of water and wait until it cools down to about 50 ° C. Add 25g Holle Organic Rolled Oats Porridge (about 5 tablespoons) and mix it with 1 teaspoon of Holle Organic Oil Supplement for Infants and Children until the desired consistency is reached – done.

Free Milk Cereal with fruits or vegetables
