Key ingredients:

Indian Pennywort (Madhukaparni) possesses antiepileptic properties and is commonly used as an adjuvant to epileptic drugs. It balances amino acid levels, which is beneficial in treating depression. It also prevents cognitive impairment.

Carnitines play an important role in lipid metabolism and energy production. They are essential for normal mitochondrial function, acting as a transporter of long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria for beta-oxidation. Propionyl-L-Carnitine may have a positive inotropic effect and improve ventricular function and cardiac output in chronic heart failure. Arginine is the physiological precursor of nitric oxide and it significantly decreases mean systolic blood pressure.
