Unique features:

We used a filler of MCT oil powder (medium chain triglycerides).  MCT consists our of short chain fatty acids that is absorbed easily.  We added the MCT to the capsule to provide a fatty acid base for the Vitamin D for superior absorption.

Directions:

As a food supplement, take 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take with your meals to help increase absorption.

NOTES: Our vitamin D3 is derived from lanolin, a natural oil produced by sheep’s wool.  It is therefore not suitable for vegans, and some vegetarians may choose to avoid it as well. If taking a higher dose of Vitamin D3 – please do regular blood test to determine levels of Vitamin D in the body.
