Our cold pressed hemp is produced from selected food hemp varieties. It has a nutty flavour with a pleasant mild taste.
Use as a raw table oil drizzled over salads, soups or vegetables., or just eat off the spoon!
Due to its heat sensitive EFA composition it is best not to use in high temperature cooking.
Hemp oil is NOT a drug and contains no THC.
Dosage : Take a teaspoon to a tablespoon daily over a fresh salad.
