Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services
Feel Healthy is an online and retail store in the natural product industry.
Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale between Feel Healthy and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Feel Healthy.
Delivery Policy and Delivery Charges
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
All orders are dispatched via the Post Office, courier service or international air mail. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.
The customer accepts that in order for Feel Healthy to prove delivery of an order, Feel Healthy does not have to prove that the customer personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
Please note that all delivery costs quoted on the website do not include bulk and wholesale orders. Feel Healthy reserves the right to change the delivery costs according to the wholesale and bulk orders
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Feel Healthy is subject to availability and in cases of unavailability, Feel Healthy will contact the customer with alternate options.
An order may only be cancelled if payment has not been made for the order by the customer. Where payment has been made by the customer an order can only be cancelled before dispatch of the order by Feel Healthy.
In the event of a product being damaged or broken upon receipt by the customer, Feel Healthy must be informed within one working day of such receipt date. Feel Healthy will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to the customer at no cost to the customer or to refund the customer in full for the damaged or broken product. Feel Healthy reserves the right to request proof of such claim.
All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If the customer is not completely happy with a product ordered, the customer must contact Feel Healthy within 7 days of receipt with reasons of dissatisfaction. Provided the product is in its original sealed state Feel Healthy will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for the customer’s account. Upon receipt, Feel Healthy will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, the customer will be refunded the value of the product. If a product has been opened and/or used the product and the customer is not satisfied, Feel Healthy will pass the customers feedback onto the supplier of the product. The supplier’s remedy is then up to their own discretion and Feel Healthy itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.
If the customer receives the wrong product Feel Healthy must be contacted within one working day of receipt. Feel Healthy will check its system to see whether a miss pick had occurred. If there was a miss pick Feel Healthy will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered.
Feel Healthy shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
Feel Healthy respects your privacy. This means that any and all of the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard or by Electronic funds transfer (EFT) or cash deposit into the Feel Healthy bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Feel Healthy via PayFast who use the strictest forms of encryption.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Feel Healthy separately from card details which are entered by the customer on the PayFast secure payment terminal. For more detail on PayFast visit PayFast website.
Merchant outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Feel Healthy takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Use of the Website
This site may be used by customers to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases. Persons may not use this site for any purposes such as fraudulent or speculative transactions or to copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any of the images or content available on the site.
Custom and Import duties

- What is payable, if anything, depends on where the goods are sent from, the type of goods, their transactional value and the weight of the package
When buying goods online, you should always check whether they are either being sent to your address from:

- Outside your customs union country
